References to "we," "us," or "our" mean RDMD Coffee Company. References to "you" or "your" mean any person who accesses our website or participates in our loyalty program.

- We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to our website for any user who violates these Terms or engages in abusive, fraudulent, or disruptive behavior.

3. Loyalty Program — Eligibility
- The loyalty program is open to individuals aged 13 and older.
- One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to gain additional rewards is considered abuse and may result in all associated accounts being permanently suspended.
- Participation in the loyalty program is free and voluntary.
4. Loyalty Program — How It Works
- Stamps are awarded at the discretion of RDMD Coffee staff at the time of a qualifying in-store purchase.
- Stamps have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, or combined between accounts.
- Rewards earned through the program have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may only be redeemed in-store at RDMD Coffee locations.
- Each reward entitles the holder to one qualifying free item, redeemable in a single visit. Rewards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for currency.
- We reserve the right to verify purchases before awarding stamps or approving redemptions.
5. Loyalty Program — Account & Modifications
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Do not share your sign-in link with others.
- We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the loyalty program at any time, with or without notice. Accumulated stamps and rewards may be forfeited if the program is discontinued.
- We reserve the right to adjust, correct, or void stamps or rewards that were issued in error or obtained through fraudulent means.
- Accounts that show no activity for 2 or more years may be deactivated and their associated data deleted.
- We may suspend or permanently terminate your account if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms or engaged in fraudulent activity.
6. Catering Inquiries
Submitting a catering inquiry form does not constitute a confirmed booking or contractual obligation on the part of RDMD Coffee. Bookings are only confirmed upon explicit written agreement between you and RDMD Coffee. We reserve the right to decline any catering request.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our website and loyalty program are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our website or loyalty program.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RDMD Coffee Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or loyalty program, including but not limited to loss of rewards, loss of data, or service interruptions.
